French photographer Sabine Guédamour was born in 1972, she lives and works in Paris. For several years, she studied and worked in the US, where she co-created and directed the Tilt Gallery, now located in Scottsdale, Arizona and dedicated to alternative and historical photographic processes. This experience allowed her to explore the action of light on all kinds of photosensitive materials and practice new possibilities of expression through photography: pinhole, large-format or polaroid camera or the delicate process of palladium printing ... in 2008-2009, she came back to France to study at Spéos International School of Photography and since April 2011, she has been working at the Galerie Esther Woerdehoff as artistic director. Organized in series, her personal work focuses on story-telling and the relationship, all of us may have to the passing of time and history, a sensible exploration through landscape and people.

Photographe française, Sabine Guédamour est née en région parisienne en 1972, elle vit et travaille à Paris. Aux Etats-Unis, où elle a vécu plusieurs années, elle a créé et dirigé la Tilt Gallery, désormais située à Scottsdale, Arizona. Depuis 2006, cette galerie se consacre aux procédés photographiques alternatifs et historiques. Cette expérience lui a permis d’explorer l’action de la lumière sur toutes sortes de substances photo-sensibles et de découvrir de nouvelles possibilités d’expression par la photographie : sténopé, palladium, travail en polaroid ou à la chambre ... En 2008-2009, elle suit la formation de L’Ecole Internationale de Photographie Spéos, à Paris et depuis avril 2011, elle travaille à la Galerie Esther Woerdehoff en tant que directrice artistique. Son travail personnel s’organise en séries et interroge notre relation au passage du temps et à l’histoire, dans une exploration sensible du paysage et des personnes.
